Information regarding a new program for students and parents ~The website is beyondthefrontporch.org. This program is a weekend enrichment program where parents can take quality outings with their children. Parents can participate at no cost to the children and a very low cost to the parent. Children who receive free or reduced lunch can attend at no cost by providing a copy of their lunch approval letter to Ms. Lipford. The parents have to pay $25 to attend even if the children are on the free program. One adult can bring up to 5 children and they do not have to be the legal guardian for all the children they bring. A parent can send a child without an adult but in that case they will have to pay $25 even if the child is on the free lunch program.

The trip includes transportation, entrance into the activity and lunch. The trips are designed for students in kindergarten through 12th grade. Pre-K students can attend if they have an older sibling going on the trip.  Below is a calendar of events for this program.
