Welcome parents, guardians, and students! I am proud to be a Central Elementary School teacher. I have a true passion for working with our youngest learners. Helping each child progress in all areas of their development- academic, social, language, and motor- is a challenge that I am honored to accept daily. I strive to create a community of learners that nurtures this growth in a positive and fun environment.  

I began teaching Special Education in 2004 after receiving my certification from the University of West Georgia. My undergraduate degree was earned in Social Work from Auburn University. I have served as a Special Education teacher at Central Elementary School since 2008. I had previously taught at Sand Hill Elementary School for 2 years.
