I am so excited to be returning to Central Elementary School. I have been at CES since January of 2024. I grew up in Carrollton, Ga and have continued to thrive in this community. I went to Central Middle school and graduated from Central High School, but still couldn't get enough of the Lion Pride!
I graduated from the University of West Georgia in May 2024 with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education. Prior to graduation, I was offered the STEM teacher position at CES to take the place of my last semester of student teaching. I taught STEM from January-May 2024 and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I was then offered a position as a 4th grade ELA and Social Studies teacher.
I am very passionate about working with students and helping them grow as learners and individuals. My goals are to give students structure in their learning, while also showing them love and compassion. I cannot wait for another amazing year with the CES family!
