I began my teaching career in January of 2000 with a BSE in Early Childhood from East Tennessee State University, with an addition of my MSED from Walden University in July of 2024.  I earned an add on of Teacher Leader endorsement May of 2017 and Dyslexia Endorsement May of 2023, along with an Orton Gillingham certificate.   I have taught sixth, third, first, and second grades throughout the years.  My husband Keith and I reside in Carrollton, Ga with our 3 children. We love keeping our family very active inside our church, Roopville Road Baptist Church, and school community. We love being a part of the Central community, and although not native to this community we were embraced to immediately become a part of the Lion Family.  I have had the privilege of teaching at Central Elementary since 2015 and look forward to continuing for many years to come!
