Christy Gordon

Hi Lion Family! My history as a Central Lion trails back to when I was in the fourth grade and enrolled at Central Elementary School, which was Central Primary then.  I graduated Central High in 1989 and went on to begin my post academic studies at UWG, and then Sanford Brown, where I received a CMA degree.   I have been in the classroom for many years.  I taught at Tabernacle Preschool for 15 years and have been with Carroll County Schools as a kindergarten paraprofessional since 2013.  I have a passion for music, photography, kayaking and being with my family! I  have been married for 33 years and I am a mother of three wonderful children who are also Central alumni. I am also a proud "Nana" to an amazing three year old little boy and another on the way.  I truly believe there is no other job more rewarding than teaching.
